Such a wonderful boutique hotel! Location is great and rooms are sufficient but the best part is the staff! Z greeted me a smile at the door, Scott at the front desk was efficient, gave me an upgrade and offered additional assistance. The free coffee and muffins are icing on the cake! What a gem for NYC!!

The suite was an unusually large space for manhattan. For a couple having a quick weekend getaway, the space to spread out, being walkable to Broadway and adjacent to a subway stop makes this is an ideal location.

Check-in was excellent (shoutout to Scott). We were greeted with bottles of water and had a bottle of Prosecco and toys for my two children waiting for us in the room. Service overall was excellent in all regards. The only item that could potentially be improved is more comfortable beds.
