Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was centrally located to everything and very easy to walk or grab a cab. Love the 24-hour coffee, tea, hot coco and snacks downstairs that you can help yourself too. That was a very nice touch, and we used it daily from coming in for the cold weather outside. Our family will definitely be staying at this hotel next time we visit NYC. Would highly recommend to others.

Loved the location of hotel and convenience of several subway stations. Room was great and with a balcony. All the staff and management were wonderful, very helpful and kind. We travel to NY several times a year and have always like trying out new hotels, but liked the Giraffe so much we plan on making it our hotel choice for future trips.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is ideal, and for it being located in NYC it is relatively quiet, so that you can get a good nights rest.
I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We look forward to returning. The staff is incredibly helpful & kind. The hotel is lovely & clean. The rooftop patio is especially nice!

My wife and I visit NYC two to three times per year to see our daughter who lives in the City. The Girafee is a very nice, quiet and well located hotel. The staff is friendly the rooms with king size bed are very comfortable and very clean… We have stayed over a dozen times, so we can definitely recommend the hotel.
