"The whole place smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There are minimum aides to navigation. We used the valet for parking ($$$). there were no instructions on how to pre-order your car, nor were there any instructions on how to claim your car when trying to leave. We just happened to see the valet cashier sign across the road from the valet waiting area which did have signs."

"Room was big but bathroom was a bit on the small side. Staff very friendly and helpful. So close to theaters. Restaurants and the bars in hotel were awesome. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is very close to subway and atttactions. The mandatory $35 daily charge required by the hotel is used towards food and drinks. The breakfast has a wide selection of warm and cold foods as well as Starbucks for specialty drinks. The dinner menu has a selection from steak to sandwiches with sides of salad or French fries, the dining room also has a bar available for alcoholic drinks with soft music. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The only negative review is that the hotel did have available bath robes, slippers, or extra blankets, but they were provided upon request. The bathroom ceiling and door were chipping and peeling. Overall, I was happy with my stay at the Sheraton Midtown Manhattan. "
