Simple and clean in beautiful neighborhood half block from Central Park. Can't believe there's a hotel here. decent breakfast Biggest issue was small slow elevator with long lines of people waiting at checkin time

Great location, hot water and good water pressure in shower, air conditioning, friendly staff, reasonably priced for location. Rooms are showing a little wear and tear, but comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

There were full garbage bags on the landings of several floors as late as 6pm. The carpets were filthy, as were the walls. The rooms needed painting and there was no way to get fresh air into the bedroom. The location is great and the front desk staff were sweet, but the hotel needs to be managed differently

Strength: Very comfortable beds, nice shower and nice & quiet area (no noice at all t night). Weakness: Small space around the toilet. Aircondition only with the single bed but not the double beds (should be in the whole room and not only the section with the single bed). With 30 degrees during the day it was a struggle to sleep in the double bed because of the heat. I would not recommend the three bedrooms but the two bedrooms is ok (for sleeping only though)

Most of the staff was friendly, though one person hung up on me when I asked for assistance on the 10th floor since the elevator was broken, there was no air conditioning, and I had to get a baby and three suitcases downstairs.
