"The hotel’s location and amenities were outstanding. The rooms are very spacious and the customer service was great. The elevators are slow and small so be prepared to wait! Also, there was an incident with one of the onsite restaurant’s staff members Tran who was very rude and unprofessional to the point her manager had to step in and ask her to go to the back! We reported her to the hotel Manager where the unfortunate incident was addressed but we did not allow that to ruin our stay because...
