"Such an iconic place but it is so run down. We had quite a few issues in our suite and had to have repairs made during our stay. The staff didn’t seem to care much that there were issues and although they were fixed nothing was offered for the inconveniences. Also the staff at the champagne bar didn’t even wait on us twice when we were sat and we ended up having to get our drinks from the bar and take them up to our room. Such a beautiful place but sadly such a letdown."
