"We had an excellent stay at Hilton Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations.
Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable.

"The hotel is in need of renovation and the hotel is connected to a mall downstairs which has cockroaches in it. The sheets on the bed had holes in them. The room was very dusty. The only parking available is valet and it’s $65 dollars a night. We loved the close walking to the National mall and the Starbucks inside the hotel."
