"Our suite was dusty and smelly. I pointed this out to the Manager, and requested a change of suites. They said they would re-clean the same suite immediately, but this did not actually happen till the next day when I again complained, at which time the customer service blamed their own housekeeping. The suite was ultimately cleaned, and the curtains changed, which mitigated the smells."

Minutes from airport was convenient but ewr still sucks when you get there early in the morning. Not 5 stars but for a 1 night stay it was good"
"We had an excellent stay at Hilton Times Square. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect—just a short walk from Times Square and close to many attractions, restaurants, and subway stations.
Housekeeping was outstanding, and our room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel is comfortable, quiet, and made our trip even more enjoyable.
