"This was a beautiful property and the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. The pool was my favorite part and we had such a beautiful view of it from our room. We went during sargassum season so the beaches weren’t usable and there was a strong bay smell on some days but the rest of the resort was so beautiful you didn’t even need the beach! I would definitely come back."

"What I have to say is that of the 5 trips I have visited Mexico 🇲🇽 this is one of the best that I have had, because I always go to Royaton, Hard Rock, to Los Dreams and I have to admit that this resort is not as well known as the others but it is super excellent, the best, the employees, the food, the cleanliness, the show at night, the view of the hotel to the beach, the pools all, ESPECIALLY BACTENDER WHO WAS ALWAYS IN THE CHILDREN'S POOL WHOSE NAME WAS LOST BUT I THINK IT'S CALLED (PEDRO) I'm not sure and the guys at the pool that has the bar inside are great people, EVERYTHING IN THAT HOTEL IS 5 STARS. "This property is beautifully designed. Employees are very friendly and helpful - all of them. They work really hard to give you the perfect stay. The restaurants are amazing and the presentation of dishes are stellar. They have many activities planned throughout the day. There is always something to do. The shows at night are very entertaining, and well planned. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. "

"Beautiful place love the garden ! There is a lot options for eating even make a reservation for really fancy restaurants in the hotel love everything about this place! The beach was no good because of sargasso but that’s Mother Nature so there’s nothing they can do about we have to suck it up with the bad smell !! The golf cars employees some of them are rude I would say like 3 of them are very unprofessional! Rude and mad other than that zero problems! "
