"This was a beautiful property and the staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. The pool was my favorite part and we had such a beautiful view of it from our room. We went during sargassum season so the beaches weren’t usable and there was a strong bay smell on some days but the rest of the resort was so beautiful you didn’t even need the beach! I would definitely come back."

The restaurants are amazing and the presentation of dishes are stellar. They have many activities planned throughout the day. There is always something to do. The shows at night are very entertaining, and well planned. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. "

"Beautiful place love the garden ! There is a lot options for eating even make a reservation for really fancy restaurants in the hotel love everything about this place! The beach was no good because of sargasso but that’s Mother Nature so there’s nothing they can do about we have to suck it up with the bad smell !! The golf cars employees some of them are rude I would say like 3 of them are very unprofessional! Rude and mad other than that zero problems! "
