"I just want to say Giovanni the person that was in charge of the property was above and beyond on our needs, very accommodating. This was a very fantastic basic plain place to stay for relaxing. Everything was within walking distance, the beach one block away, very safe to walk on the streets. Definitely I will recommend it. "

"Andres and his property were great. If you're looking for something charming and with a lot of character this is it. If you want something brand new and modern, resort style, than maybe not, but then Puerto Morelos probably isn't for you.There are a couple things to note. The second floor bedroom is only accessible from an outside stair. The house had a lot of unique digital art on the walls, Andres says he uses it as an art gallery when it's not a rental. "Maryel took care of everything. She was there for us when our flight was delayed and we had to round up Gustavo to get us to the hotel from the Cancun airport. She checked in with us all the time to make sure everything was good. She was there for us when we had to request a little bit of extra time. And get our luggage out right when we were due to exit. so friendly and helpful the whole time.
