"It was a beautiful resort. We had the swim our family club room. It was great for our young children and access to all the family club amenities. I am not basing our vacation off of this. "Our second time staying here, and for a reason! This hotel is truly a vacation! The staff is wonderful, the dining options are great, the sushi bar is incredible, the ocean view is beautiful, and we had no trouble getting Palapas with plenty of shade with chairs on the beach; totally included for no extra charge. The drinks are yummy, loved that Corona was on draft! Again, the staff is just incredible and make the stay truly so enjoyable. Will always stay here on our trips to Cancun! "

The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort.
