"We were upgraded to VIP status and had 2 conciegre/butlers assigned to us. They took care of anything we needed, from dinner reservations to golf cart transportation, to shows/entertainment. Everythinf was all inclusive and the food was delicious. Every night after sinner, we would find some dessert or pastry in our room. On the last night, chocolate covered strawberries with a note from our conciegres. The only thing I didn't like was we had to sit through a 1.5 hour sales pitch (like a timeshare) that we were not interested in buying. Other than that, amazing experience!"

"We had an excellent stay at TRS Yucatan. All staff were extremely helpful, including Alessandra (activities), and our butlers Alexx and Magie. They helped make sure everything went smoothly. The food was excellent and this location is central to various places--Playa Del Carmen/Cozumel, Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, Akumal, Coba, etc. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent facilities and the staff was great. The food was also surprisingly good for an all inclusive. We enjoyed the many pools and several of the regional restaurants. The only disappointment was the beach, which had massive amounts of seaweed. Unfortunately, we were here at one of the worst times for seaweed. "

"We enjoyed our visit. Beautiful property. The restaurants are all just so-so and not many choices. Most of the staff were very accommodating and awesome to work with. A few had very bad attitudes for some reason. Definitely need more food options and higher quality of food. Not everything is included in the "all-inclusive" which we were unaware of. Maybe not worth it."
