AMAZING 2-Villa Private Estate w/ Huge Pool + Private Cenote!

"I cannot say enough, amazing things about this rental property. The location is top-notch, set perfectly between Tulum and Playa, just outside downtown Akumal. The actual property is by far the coolest I’ve ever stayed in. The pool is amazing, and you actually have your own Cenote. Extremely hard to compete with that. The two villas are set up identical and perfect for a large family. We had 16 people and it fit us all comfortably. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchens and grill worked great. The facility could use some new cookware and plates/knives, but we easily worked around that. The outdoor space is incredible and our kids loved it. The Palapa makes a nice space to eat outside in the evening. Be sure to bring bug spray, though, this is the jungle. I would recommend some new outdoor chairs as there were not many. However, they do provide beach and pool towels, which was nice. You don’t need to bring your own. There was also a nice selection of pool toys.The communication with the owner and the concierge was incredible. They checked in on us daily, we’re quick to respond to any request we had, and made both the check in and check out process extremely simple. We also had a cleaner come and clean the villas, wash the sheets, and the towels, all complementary. We also used their service for catered tacos at the home one night and it was delicious and relaxing. Very worth the money.All in all, the entire family felt this was the best place we’ve ever rented"

"Ana was amazingly responsive to any question we had, always responding within minutes. The place was spectacular and very clean. We loved the nearby cenotes. The space worked very well for our 10 family members, including a baby. The landscaping was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful."
