"El Dorado Seaside Palms was a beautiful propery. The service staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were a little dated / worn but kept clean. The bed and bedding were comfortable. We weren't satisfied with the food sadly, not a lot of flavor and the portions at the restaurants were small. With the amount of alcohol they serve more food options would be ideal, snacks or a dinner buffet etc. We enjoyed the entertainment at the main bar by the ocean the most. Overall we enjoyed our stay & the swim...

"It was all fine other than the people booking our suppers and travel from to the airport. We showed up for suppers and werent booked even tho we did all the booking the first day. Then our van didnt show up for us at all on the last day."

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "

"My husband and I were very happy with the service they provided for us. We also loved their food."

"Fue una experiencia maravillosa, pero sin duda lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención excepcional que recibimos por parte de todo el personal, específicamente de dos personas extraordinarias: ALI, nuestra concierge, y ALEX, nuestro mayordomo. Queremos expresar nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a ambos, porque desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos, atendidos y, sobre todo, especiales. Durante nuestra estancia surgieron diferentes situaciones en las que...

"Our stay at TRS Yucatán Hotel was absolutely perfect from top to bottom! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere to the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. A special thank you to Carlos, our butler, who truly made our experience extra special! His attentiveness, professionalism, and exceptional service made such a difference throughout...

"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"Smaller resort, staff is more attentive and remembers everyone. Great selection of food choices on and around resort for eating areas and many drink options at the bar. Always able to find lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. Shuttle service quick to get around. Access to included surrounding partner resorts for more activity options was a plus."

"Exceptional view, beach access, swimming pool, nearby shops, cafes, restaurants. "

"Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets."

"The food was excellent and staff was always friendly and helpful. The temperature in our room was never controlable via the thermostat. Alway too cool. We just opened the door to the balcony. My wife and I were there to celebrate her birthday. The birthday was mentioned as the reason for our stay to several staff members during our checkin. After checkin, my wife's birthday was never mentioned or acknowledged. This was our second stay at Unico 20.87. This trip the grounds and facilities are...

"Beautiful property, beautiful beach. A tropical paradise."

"El lugar muy agradable y limpio, solo hubo problema al hacer el check in, no había nadie, no tenía instrucciones claras y después de que me comuniqué, la persona que nos recibió tardó 20 min en llegar"
