"I stayed at the 18+ resort (although they are all connected) and had a great time. The quality of the construction at this hotel is quite incredible and I was quickly blown away by the whole place. The restaurants at night rivaled some of the best places I've been to and they were included. Overall, phenomenal experience!"

"The shoreline was very rocky, which made entering the water difficult. There was also a lot of seaweed, but the hotel staff diligently cleared it away, making our morning swims much more pleasant. We had a wonderful time staying at the resort with our family."

"I needed to remove myself from this trip before writing a review. The moment we arrived, it went downhill. The hotel moved my party from Maya Beach to Maya Tropical. No notice, no warning. A downgrade. The staff at the bar and buffets were selective with their hospitality, my party was not the correct tone for friendly service despite tipping. The lifeguards and the beach were more interested in their phones than keeping and eye on the patrons in the water. My sister and BIL save a lady from trouble without one look from the lifeguard. The rooms were clean and cold, the food was decent and the drinks were good. The atmosphere was unwelcoming. "

"Ana was amazingly responsive to any question we had, always responding within minutes. The place was spectacular and very clean. We loved the nearby cenotes. The space worked very well for our 10 family members, including a baby. The landscaping was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful."
