The stay at Rene y Madelyne was great, the place was clean and I had everything Inside the apartment, and it is located about 3 blocks from Plaza de la Revolucion, I didn't have a car, but was able to get transportation from that plaza...Rene gave me tips on how to get a taxi and I exchanged some dollars at a fair rate here. If you are going from here to the old Havana you have to take the 12P bus or taxi. The Old Havana is like about 3 Kilometers from this place, also, there are not real restaurants nearby, but there is a pizza place about 1 block from the apartment, The pizza was good.

Rene and Madelyn are the perfect hosts! Assisted in our transportation, planning, and currency exchange. Great communication answering questions. Their apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Nos hôtes ont été très agréables et très aidants à notre arrivée à La Havane et le logement parfaitement adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants. Le quartier est bruyant mais très pratique pour accéder à pied à la gare routière. Je recommande totalement ce logement.
