"I usually enjoy my stay at Bahia but this trip I was disappointed . I went with my mom and my sons. One day we leave the hotel to visit family and my son forgot his wallet in his room. When we returned to the hotel the son got alert from his bank that fraudulent charges were made on his card. One of the hotel staff apparently stole my son’s card information and used it . "Overpriced and the view was not really that great from the resort. Some of the staff were less than cordial. Shall we say I would not stay there again. The spa was wonderful and I absolutely recommend that."

"This property is perfect for a romantic getaway. We stayed 3 nights in one of the cottages which is located away from the main building so it is somewhat isolated. It is perfect if you want a peaceful weekend. The only issue is the lack of staff. After 7pm you are on your own. And even though they provide you with a number to call, they do not answer nor can you leave a message. This became an issue at one point. Other then that it is a perfect oasis. "

"El Hotel San Marco has excellent hospitality for international guests. They go above and beyond to meet your requests and needs. They show you to some of the best Italian food in the city. The hotel is a quiet spot in the city, outside the center if you wish to explore other areas of the city but close enough you can reach the center easily by Uber or walking. Their staff is friendly and hardworking. I had an excellent experience and will return. ¡Gracias!"
