The spa on site is truly a once in a lifetime unique experience. Property and rooms are clean. Unfortunately, I was placed in the new building which has a flawed air-conditioning system. The room never cooled below 79° Was eventually moved to the main building, a major inconvenience during my short weekend stay. Staff was friendly.

We loved our stay at Grotto bay- it was the perfect weekend get away to celebrate our 10 yr anniversary. We enjoyed our couples massage in the caves! Drinks were great, some wait time at the bar but nothing to deter us from coming back.

We had a nice time staying at Grotto Bay. The staff was very friendly. There were a lot of water activities available and the cave swimming was pretty cool. There were bus stops right outside the property for easy bus travel. We booked an island tour through the hotel and had a great time.

I liked everything about this hotel, the all inclusive option was excellent, the staff was amazing and very helpful especially the capitana at the Pearl and Hibiscus, I don’t remember their names but all of them are just amazing and welcoming 😊 all the staff at the beach bar were amazing as well and the Rum swizzles were the best!!!! Can’t wait to come back

The Caves, the Beach, the Lobby, the Restaurant area, and the spa were very nice. We enjoyed the property, but next time we would ask to not be in the St. George’s Building because of the extra steps.
