"If you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend reading the recent reviews carefully before making your decision. In my experience, this property was not worth the money, and I would have been better off staying across the street at Zoëtry, even though both properties are under Hyatt. My husband and I originally stayed at Dreams in May 2026, but our experience was so bad that we ended up staying only one night. Afterward, the property asked us not to leave a review and instead invited...

"We enjoyed our stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was great, and the property was beautiful and spacious. Our downstairs room was a bit small with a small outdoor area, but it was cleaned every day. We did notice that soap/toiletries weren’t always replaced and there were no mats by the bed or in the bathroom. Overall, we had a lovely stay!"

"If you like air conditioning, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Our room felt around 85°F throughout our stay. We traveled with two other couples, and one couple switched rooms only to find the same problem. When we complained at the front desk, we were given a $10 fan. An employee told us the air conditioning throughout the hotel was basically broken, which certainly seemed to be the case. The employee also said the hotel had done nothing to fix the problem or acknowledge it. The...

"The Sea Aquarium Resort was amazing! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were endlessly friendly when arranging taxis or answering questions about local activities. The private beach was immaculate with comfortable loungers and plenty of shade. It was made for the novice or more experienced snorkelers. We stayed in a Junior Suite with a balcony that overlooked the dolphin training lagoons in the actual aquarium. Eating at the on-site restaurant was awesome and...

"A beautifully classic building for this hotel. The location is perfect we were able to walk into Punda despite having a car, the walk back to the hotel was lovely. It’s a short drive from Mood beach and other beaches on that end. We were fortunate to get parking each time. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful from check in right tho the office was closed when we left at 7:45am. The room was clean and seemed recently refurbished. There was a tv, AC, a big bed, thick curtains kept the light...
