"My family and I stayed at the Blue Bay Beach and Golf Resort specifically The Ridge for 7 nights. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The view and the infinity pool was perfect. We opted into the breakfast package, which was tasty and very convenient to get the day started with. We did rent a car vehicle, which I highly recommend if you plan on exploring the island and free parking was available. Depending how many nights you stay you are allocated a certain amount of units for electric and water. If you go over then you will have to pay. We went over but the cost was $23.50. We did forget to turn the AC off when we left out for the day a couple of times. We beach hopped a lot but if you plan to just stay on the Resort, Blue Bay Beach was beautiful and calm. The beach itself is fairly small but during our stay it wasn’t super crowded. Overall I rate the property 9/10 and would stay again."

"Check-in felt rushed and unwelcoming. We were handed wristbands, given our room number, and directed to scan a QR code for resort information—without any real orientation. There was no explanation of where our room was until I asked, no mention that the buffet was about to close (which would have been helpful after a long trip with two small children), and no offer to assist with luggage. The reception area itself is quite small, lacks seating, and isn’t equipped to handle the high volume of arriving guests. Overall, the arrival experience felt cramped and disappointing.
Check-out was especially frustrating. We weren’t informed that a generator installation was scheduled at the main entrance on the morning of our departure. As a result, we had to carry our luggage up to the gym area and wait outside in the heat for our cab. Once again, no one offered assistance with our bags, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful—especially with kids.
Overall, my kids had a great time. The resort is great for families thanks to the variety of water slides & exceptional buffet, but the customer service in the front desk & bar areas really needs improvement.

Ocean Front Condo at Playa Lagun with Fabulous View

"We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was great, super quiet and safe gated community with a pool. Two private decks on the cliff overlooking the Lagun beach and ocean! Parking could not have been easier either.Check in was relaxed. Ivy the caretaker on site is very friendly and was at the gate waiting to meet us.Twin beds weren't a big deal for a couple they pushed right up together, or otherwise the full pull out couch was also very comfortable for two. Upstairs bathroom was very nice, decent water pressure, lots of hot water.Plenty of space - kitchen fully stocked and functional. Great for making breakfast and coffee for the sunrise.Me and my wife had a great time for our honeymoon! We highly recommend Curacao as two folks from the states. 100% recommend walking across the street to discover Lagun restaurant instead of the cliff side Bahia restaurant. It's only an extra minute and the food is twice as good!Best beaches to drive to IMHO; Grote Knip, Cas Abao, Playa Porto Marie Thank you!"
"We enjoyed our stay at Lagun Blou. We went for diving and the quiet cliffside location. The resort property and landscape were beautiful. The pools were perfect after diving. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was secure. We enjoyed both restaurants nearby and the great cliff breezes that kept us cool. We could dive and snorkel right from the dock. We would definitely stay again the next visit. "
"The location is excellent about 30km northwest of Willemstad on the water and close to other great beaches. Beautifully landscaped, a nice bar and restaurant looking over the ocean. Rent a car to explore the rest of Curacao.
