"Loved the grounds, pretty big resort, could walk quite a bit. Loved the food, beach cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, no standing in line at restaurants. Really liked that we could snorkel at the resort. Some complain that there are rocks at the beach, but that's exactly what gave as the chance do a lot of snorkeling. Huge pools, always available lounges. Great resort."

"Definitely coming back, everything was great, especially the service. Food was good and amenities are great. Lots of pools and they have 2 small water parks for kids which was awesome since I traveled with kids. Right outside the resort they had an OXXO which was very convenient and cheap for everything. Good shows and entertainment was pretty good. "

My _only_ very mild criticism was that the dinner and activity reservation system - which runs through your building concierge - was kind of cumbersome… I spent a good chunk of each morning administering reservations, which was not very relaxing. But that was a blip on the radar and probably the best way to handle logistics for a resort of this size. Staff were universally cheerful and helpful-without exception. The property is beautiful. Food and entertainment were lovely. Thank you!"

I was never hungry! My concierge checked in with me regularly. She even would give me a menu of what was going on on the property daily. Just outstanding service. If you got lost, a staff member, any staff member, would walk you to your destination. It was a gorgeous resort. Swim up bar and swim up pool to our room was amazing! Food was top tier! Can’t wait to stay again! "
