Room was a good size, with a little balcony overlooking the little jungly area. The room itself was pretty basic. I had a hot shower 2 days out of 7. And even then you have to let it run for 15 minutes before it gets warm. The wifi was amazing. Staff were polite and helpfu. The location is great, youre close to restaurants and the grocery store. And maybe a 5 minute scooter ride to the beach zone. 4/5 for the cold showers lol.

Wonderful Oasis in the jungle

Amazing apartment with separate lounge/kitchen. Great bedrooms and comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. The pool area/restaurant is stunning.

Na’ala was a great place to stay. The hotel has a great pool and the property was very nice. The staff was helpful. It is located close to a few shops in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel is great! Swimming pool is great, room are spacious! Location is very closed by convenience stores and restaurants.

Easy stay

I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and location. Centrally located to either beach Tulum or street shopping Tulum. Bike rentals or ATV rentals are accessible. We did both. Downfall is no ice unless you go up to the restaurant at top fllor and no early morning coffee provided until 8:00am when they serve breakfast. Room was super clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Great hotel for the price
