"Great property for vacation "

"Dijeron que mi reserva era solo para 2 adultos y yo reserva para 2 adultos 2 niños, tuve que pagar nuevamente por los 2 niños, al hacer check in no tenían la capacidad operativa para recepcionar a toda la gente que llegó por dias inhabiles, asi que nos metieron en un teatro solo con ventanas abiertas a más de 100 personas por alrededor de 2 horas sin aire acondicionado, con tan pocos ventiladores que ni aire daban porque ya necesitan cambiarlos, su sistema no funcionó ya que no aparecían registrados los 2 menores y me negaron en varias ocasiones el servicio de toallas por esa razón, tuve que asistir en varias ocasiones a lobby para pedir apoyo por esta razón, se vende como un hotel todo incluido, y se excusan diciendo al huésped que en su página dice que todos aquellos servicios no especificados como incluidos, tendrán un costo extra, como un área de niños, mesas de billar, espectáculos de noche, etc. En la habitación hacia falta limpieza, mucho polvo en muebles y baño, la cama tenía una como colchoneta encima del colchón que hacía muy incómodo dormir, no tenia cortina blackout solo una traslúcida a la que le hacía falta limpieza, cero actitud de servicio de los operadores de carritos al traslado, solo se pueden reservar cenas en restaurantes de especialidad a partir de la 3era noche, el snack y kukulkan se queda muy cortos en su capacidad de abastos para atención al huésped, casi todo el tiempo había estaciones sin alimentos, piso con comida y/o baños sucios, etcétera."

"3rd time at Bahia, 1 after the ownership change, still find the staff is amazing, activities on site are available and fun. Variety of food at the buffet/snack bars. We go as an adult couple and still find quiet time/ party areas/ the beach gets cleaned daily, plenty of small wild life to take pictures off. Scuba diving not available on site, but easy to book via the tour desk."

"We very much enjoyed our stay @ Sian Kahn. Here is why. This property is smaller than the other Bahia Principe properties. Our room was literally right at the 3 pools and restaurant there. We had very little walking. So close to the main lobby, buffet and spa. Yes, the shuttle (which were is good shape and safe) took us to the other properties whenever we wanted. Those properties have more walking and yes, they are beautiful and more modern. For us, we wanted very low key and to rest, rest, rest. Excellent massages!!!! We went to the tequila tasting Very fun. Pastor was our host that night very funny. We had so much tequila it was very very cheap for the amount we got. He also made sure our buffet experiences were perfect. We also went to the Fire dancer party. What a party many many many tequila shots were had and good dancing fun. Sian Kahn is exactly what we needed this trip. Could the rooms be modernized? Yes but, are quite adequate and very quiet. 1000% would come back."

"Our room in the Tequila section was beautiful. We were right across from the Spa and Le Gourmet restaurants and around the corner from the pool. The trolley stop was also behind our room. The Coba lobby and buffet were very close also. We couldn't have requested a more perfect spot! The various spots that have musicians or music at night are loud, but, in the room we just heard the bump. Not bad and didn't prevent us from sleep. The property is so big and fun. We had access to the beach where the trolley dropped us off. No problem. Lots of fun activities and we had plenty of spaces to relax. The reservation restaurants go fast, so book those right when you get checked in. Download the Bahia Principe app for that. The spa was lovely and serene. I had a pedicure there. Le Gourmet restaurant was lovely inside and the food was good. The staff everywhere on the property are the best. Friendly warning: if you aren't interested in being a member of their vacation club, tell the man in the white shirt who will be the nicest to you when you are waiting for the bellhop to assist you with your luggage that you are not interested. We made an appointment with him for the next morning. We thought he was just going to show us the property and let us know what we had access to. It wasn't high pressure sales, but I wasn't aware that he was going to pitch something. Not a problem. Just said thank you, but no. Had the best time here!"

"Mi experiencia fue absolutamente perfecta. Desde el primer momento todo superó mis expectativas. El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado y con una atención a los detalles que realmente marca la diferencia. El servicio fue excepcional. Todo el equipo fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Me hicieron sentir muy bienvenido durante toda mi estancia. La habitación estaba impecable, muy limpia, cómoda y con todo funcionando perfectamente. El ambiente es tranquilo, acogedor y realmente ideal para descansar y disfrutar. Honestamente, todo salió exactamente como lo imaginaba, incluso mejor. Fue una estancia maravillosa y sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme aquí. Recomiendo este lugar al 100%. Si buscan un lugar con excelente servicio, comodidad y una experiencia realmente especial, este es el sitio perfecto. Muchísimas gracias por una estancia inolvidable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
