"This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped."

"Staff were amazing, so attentive and helped to book a few trips which turned out to be highlights of our holiday. The room was spotless and throughly cleaned every day, couldn’t fault it. It was a 20 min walk from centre but we didn’t mind that, as it felt like a quiet oasis away from the noise. Having access to Bardo and Milam pools was an added bonus as both had better pools and food than Una Vida (but Una Vida is half the price!) - would 100% recommend to anyone. "

"What a stay we had at Orchid House! The service was outstanding from start tto finish. The hotel reached out early to see if we had anything special we wanted to do, and upon learning it was my husband's 60th birthday, they put together an amazing romantic dinner for us in their "Next" with such great food and ambiance. "We loved our stay since the moment we arrived, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and such a great design. The staff, especially Kat and Steph were amazing and welcoming us like old friends. Cleaning crew put cute birthday decorations as a surprise. The beach club staff super quick and friendly. Great location with the walks to each of the opposite sides of the beach. "Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!"
