"Awesome snorkling, and location. Food was outstanding. Service was very hard to get. Many dinners, meals, I was not able to even get servers attention for water, pop, coffee. The pool snack bar food was also great if you could ever get a server or service to get it. Great horel, amenities, food, but terrible service. Almost as if the servers went out of there way to not be of service."

"Decent location and price, but cleanliness felt like an issue for us. The sheets and curtains were stained, room was cleaned during our stay but floors did not get swept. The shower head in the washroom sprayed water over the glass and got the whole washroom wet, had to point it at the wall. The drywall around the fixture was also peeling/was broken which left drywall bits and dust in the shower. They also had a price list to replace things that were made dorty/damaged, as if they don’t do the laundry already (mind you the sheets were stained to begin with, this just felt ridiculous). The bed was at least decently comfy and the TV was nice to have. It’s an okay hotel for the price but I would go back and spend more on something a little nicer. "

"Room was always cleaned when we came back , room service was great! The front desk was polite ! The guest services team was so helpful planning out outings ! The staff was always cleaning & super polite! Over all pretty good stay for the family ! The kids club was nice & had multiple activities for all around ages. "

"I stayed at the flamingo for a 3 week Ironman training camp just this last April, 2026. From the time walking into the property it felt a Little like coming home. It isn't flashy or big and fancy, it's lovely, quaint and feels like home. I brought my bike and luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor, and when I entered the room it was lovely, like my bedroom. Clean, good quality bed, nicely appointed and quiet. The next morning and mornings after, staff greeted you warmly, breakfast available and always willing to talk and help with whatever you might want or need. It's a very simple life and honestly, it was kinda perfect. All the staff was on point and I really had no complaints with communication. Furthermore, it's right in the main town, only one block from oceanfront. I enjoyed the stay and have inquired to stay again this November for the race there on Cozumel. "

"This is our 5th year returning to this hotel. Staff are so friendly and looking out for us. Breakfast every morning was great. Pool on roof was the best. New elevator being install as we left. We will be back. "

"Just a quick one night stay but it couldn’t have been more accommodating or authentic. Gentleman got me quickly in my casita, respected how tired I was and let me be. Needed to get up early to catch a taxi for a cruise and he went and got one for me with ease. Overall a lovely experience in a lovely place. Should I come to Cozumel again for real I will stay there."

"Property was clean and staff was kind and helpful. We stayed one night waiting for our rental to be ready. We chose this for the close proximity to everything in town. The hallways and stairs echo very loudly. It was only a disturbance when some unruly children were running and yelling loudly late at night. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."
