"The hotel staff, food and grounds were great! What wasn’t great is the wait to be shuttled to the other buildings. Also, the prices in the gift store were ridiculous! Like $400 for a large plush. I paid $18 for a few Advil. "

"I must say my stay at the Paradisus playa de Carmen was very pleasant. Our concierge Jorge went up above and beyond. He surprised my kids in two occasions with toys and a cake and decorations for my son birthday.Also, I am never truly impressed with food in resort but the food was really good. Noas which is the buffet never disappointed. Overall, if you are trying to have a nice family vacation I highly recommend."

"We have stayed at this property multiple times over the years and this time we noticed the property has not been maintained well . The pool deck and lounge chairs definitely need attention. The prices have become ridiculous - $18 dollar drinks are higher than Las Vegas prices. The service was very good as always. Adrian the pool guy was great! "

"Unico was very clean and it’s a beautiful resort. It’s not my favorite beach resort primarily because the food and service was mediocre compared to other resorts I’ve visited.
