"The welcome from Amy was so lovely and warm. Made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. Also special mention to the young lady at the desk near the bar didn’t catch her name (with nose ring) very chatty, friendly & helpful. Food in rooftop bar was delicious. Room was clean and tidy and considering we were in the centre of Leicester Square facing the busiest part, no noise at all was heard in the room!
