"One of the worst hotels and customer service. The family room we had pre paid was apparently not in service. The hotel manager took almost 2 hours to figure out alternate room situation. They kept changing their version from telling us that we will be given adjoining rooms to it being unavailable to finally giving us rooms that had non functioning AC and we needed to ask for fan at night. Although the location is convenient and very close to Heathrow the hotel rooms being non functional and poor...

"Had a great stay. Customer service was excellent, the breakfast was really good, and the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect, very close to the station and convenient for getting around. Overall, a really great experience."

"Was given an accessible room so very low small sink, no shelf for products/my stuff, not the shower facilities I would normally want to have with a kind of wet room with curtain. Also had an adjoining room and the door between let a lot of noise through which wasn't great when they got up shortly after 5am and put loud rock music on as they were getting ready"
