Hotel is located in a quiet location felt safe. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Location - very close to airport. I didn’t like how the bathtub was so high - not safe for elderly.

Stayed before and would stay again. Very convenient for LHR but quiet and very comfortable. Great staff. Only slight niggle is the overnight parking charge (£16) for guests staying at the hotel.

Would’ve enjoyed the complimentary spa and pool amenities but it was closed. Booked this hotel for a relaxing day before my flight the next day and ran into issues like key card not working, restricted food options, and limited amenities. Hotel should have elevators at both sides of building. It was very difficult to transport luggage on carpeted floors at back of building.
