We had an excellent stay at the Rubens at the Palace. The staff were fantastic and we took advantage of some of the items they offered for guest to do. They had several great restaurants and bar we enjoyed. The location was also perfect walking distance to many sights. We will definitely visit there again.

We had a lovely overnight stay . The hotel Was great and we had a lovely afternoon tea in the afternoon. A few drinks in the bar and a great breakfast in the morning. We had a couple of small things in the room . We explained them to the staff and they were very helpful

The staff were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and would 100% go back specifically for this hotel experience. The restaurants are also great - don’t miss out on the hotel’s afternoon tea. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated.

Location in Westminster is good. Walkable to the sights in that area. Good options nearby for food and drink(pubs, restaurants, quick service). Concierge (John) quite helpful to us and a shout out to Jonah(overnight doorman) for his assist for an early AM flight.

This place was good overall, but the rooms are very small, so keep that in mind when booking. Ask for a bigger room if you are traveling with more than one person or have more than two suitcases. The location is good, close to historic buildings and some shopping centers, though options are limited. Overall, it is a good place with live music and good breakfasts, and I would stay here again if a larger room were available. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
