"Lovely location. Room a bit dated and not always in a charming or characterful way - e.g. brown patterned carpet, likely from the 1980s. At check out I was asked for a 15 pound a night “tip” or service charges and to cover lobby and door staff! I felt awkward asking for it to be removed from the account, but really at 250+ a night I expect staff to be part of the deal. Is tipping at hotel really to become a normal thing in London?"

"Great location, great atmosphere with nice restaurants and bars on site, one of which was 24/7 which was a great thing for all our friends to meet when jetlagged. Bedding was phenomenal, just needed better blackout curtains and wish we had gotten a larger room but overall was amazing"

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel 41. They always exceed expectations and have the best customer service. We were traveling with four teenagers, and they very generously upgraded us to beautiful suites. Food at the hotel is excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's our favorite place to stay in London."
