Air conditioning worked well, spacious room, including the bathroom. Clean, quiet, centrally located -8 minute walk to tube station. Would definitely seek out this hotel and stay again
Great location with tube access 7 walking minutes away! The rooms were spacious, clean, and staff were nice. The restaurant and bar downstairs is accessible at great hours of the day. Would Fred stay here again!
Great hotel. Very pleased. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent. Location was fine. Rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Very happy with our stay.
The hotel was very convenient and in a great location to take the bus and tube. The cleanliness of the hotel can improve a bit but nothing the staff on site didn’t address on the spot.
The hotel has very comfortable beds, the breakfast is abundant with good quality food, also the dinner is nice, the position of the hotel is near underground and bus stations, the staff is kind. We will return.
The staff was very helpful. Location was a ways from the main touristy locations, but Hammersmith tube station was a couple of blocks away, so easy walk. It was an easy drive by Uber to Heathrow. Restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
I travelled with my wife and 2 years old kid, I was expecting refrigerator in the room to store milk for baby. This is one of the basic amenities in most of the north American hotels. It was not there in the room. Besides that the stay was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The location is perfect. It’s on the tube line with an easy direct ride to Heathrow and King’s Cross train station. Also, it’s only a short walk to the river which has a lovely walk. It’s a five minute walk to Hammersmith Tube Station.

Liked: Staff & service
Close to station. Friendly staff. Clean modern bathroom.
Very comfortable bed. Love the LED lights. I’d do the breakfast inclusion just cuz it’ll be the cheapest meal you’ll get in London lol. There’s no phone in the room as well so u can’t call down for more towels or something so I’d ask at check in for some.
Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. My daughter and I felt safe during our stay there. Location was amazing- close to two stations and lots of great places to eat nearby. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you!
Clean room and spacious. As we got the accessible room, we had no microwave or fridge but enjoyed the wide space that was provided in both bathroom and bedroom. Staff was friendly and helpful
The property is close to shopping and the metro station. It is well maintained and safe. There is a nice restaurant on site. The rooms are quite and comfortable but not very large. The internet provided is poor. About all you can do is check your email with it. They do provide paid internet which may be better, I don’t know. Besides the poor internet it is a nice hotel.
I liked this hotel a lot. The rooms appear to have been renovated recently. The check in process was fast and efficient. I also like the security measures taken for keeping guests safe. The only nits that keep me from scoring a 5 are as follows: 1) we weren’t issued a face towel. Only a hair and body towel. Would have been nice to have a small face cloth; 2) Most of the time while in the room, I got the sniffles. Hence, my nose was somehow sensitive to the room air. Once I left hotel I was just fine. Is there possibly a problem with the air filtering in the room? It seemed like there was a lot of dust on the table desktop-even after cleaning it ourselves when we arrived; 3) WiFi was spotty at times. This could have been due to guest demand but it just seemed like my device would freeze. Then, when buffering after 10 seconds or so it would be back to full operation. That’s about it. Keep up the good work!
We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Inn Hammersmith. The location was ideal, only a short walking distance to the Tube on the Piccadilly line. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet, comfortable beds and helpful staff. I liked the concept of room cleaning offered only if asked. Thanks
