The beach wasn't great only because it was sargassum season and even though they cleaned the beach during our stay, the water wasn't great for swimming. But, overall it was a great experience and would definetly recommend."

"Our family enjoyed our stay very much. We liked all of the dining options. The ocean this time of year is basically off limits due to the seaweed, but the pools are huge. The only draw back we have is the persistence of the salespeople to sign up for their "one hour" tour of the facility to sell you a time share like package. We were thoroughly exhausted from our morning of travel and during check in they push you to sign up for a time to do the tour. I tried expressing that we were very tired and would like to think about it and let them know. They still put us down for a time the next day. So, be prepared to have them really try to get you to sign up on your arrival. Otherwise, it was fantastic! "
