"The personal service provided by the staff at 41 was exceptional, we took advantage of every dining experience at the hotel; the pub, afternoon tea, the Curry Room, room service, and of course the Executive Lounge I spent hours using as a personal retreat in the morning and evenings, my wife taking advantage of the late night snacks, ice, and ice cream.
