This place was excellent. The staff were super friendly and amazing! The property was very close to Buckingham Palace without the crowd and very close to one of the major tube lines. I will definitely come back and stay here!

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained and equipped with all we needed for a several day family stay. The location is just perfect - just next to the Buckingham Palace, Victoria coach station, underground and M&S grocery store. The personnel’s hospitality and readiness to assist with all our needs and questions was just amazing!

Loved everything about this property. It was in a perfect location within a Stonesthrow distance to the palace, as well as a number of shops and grocery stores. The only thing that I would complain about is that the pillows were not very comfortable. Other than that it was a perfect stay

The location was perfect to public transportation and convenient to many tourist attractions. The hotel is great. Highly recommended. Very clean, modern, very close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, quiet rooms, rooms were a little small, but still comfortable for two people, nice bathroom, nice lemon water in lobby always available . nice café next to the entrance. Can walk to all of Central London in an hour if you like walking.

We had a wonderful stay at the Resident Victoria! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We appreciated the clean room, the thoughtful design of the room, and the kind and helpful staff who always greeted us with a smile. The location of the hotel is perfect and just steps away from Buckingham Palace. We would definitely stay here again and it’s our favourite hotel that we have stayed at in London over the years!
