"Terrible customer service, especially from Omar at the front desk. For nearly $150 per night, the hotel charges extra for almost everything, including room cleaning and £25 for early check-in. The photos are misleading and do not accurately reflect the property.
After I raised concerns about cleanliness, we had no Wi-Fi for an entire day. The front desk area also had a strong urine-like odor whenever we walked by.

"The rooms were very small and cramped, and I was placed in a basement room. I was lucky to have a window, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving it open since it seemed like someone could easily access the room from outside.

"Great location, helpful and polite staff, good for the price… but this is a budget accommodation, so if you expect that and are ready for that, it’s fine. I stayed in a en-suite room which suited my use as I was expecting to be out most of the time. I would stay again if the location suited my needs."
