"This Hotel is anything but a 5 star hotel. More like a 3 star hotel. First off when I arrived to the property there was no bell hop to greet us with our heavy luggage’s. I go to register I hear someone complaining about how they hadn’t received their luggage to their room in over an hour. Then they have me my room, I went and realized it wasn’t the room I booked and paid for. It looked like a dungeon, smelled disgusting, carpet looked old, tiny window facing construction! Talk about a terrible...

"خدمه الغرف سيئه جدا!! لا يتم تنضيف الغرفه بشكل جيد و في بعض الأيام با يأتون للتنضيف اصلا اللا بعد اتصالي و رفع شكوي. الرد علي الاتصالات الداخليه مأساه!! يتم الرد بعد لاتصال التاني او الثالث احيانا!! بشكل عام لا يستحق تقييم ٥ نجوم اطلاقا "
