"Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff! From the moment we arrived everyone was so helpful. Restaurant food and staff 10/10. The spa staff were so lovely, especially our massages by Grace she is Amazing!! Highly recommend a treatment! The coffee shop best lemon cake & coffee in town! Will 100% return."

"الغرفة مزعجة، لا يوجد عزل للصوت واسمع ضربات واصوات من الغرف المجاورة في الليل وكانت مزعجة لنا وقت النوم، ما عدا ذلك كانت التجربة جيدة."

"Fantastic hotel"

"The property, room and amenities were wonderful. The location was great for shopping and exploring in the Mayfair area with an entrance to the tube just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter dropped a bracelet down the sink, within minutes of calling the maintenance staff arrived and got it out. We also left pajamas in the room and they promptly emailed with a photo and offered to mail them back to us. Would definitely stay...
