Me quedé dos veces en la misma vacación. La primera vez me fue muy bien con el cuarto y con el personal. La segunda vez me dieron un cuarto que no sería el aire acondicionado y me tuvieron que cambiar a uno que sirviera el aire, pero era todavía más chico que el cuarto anterior. El personal del hotel muy amable pero deben de cuidar esos detalles para tener el hotel mucho mejor.

Perfect location, right by the Green Park tube station, an incredibly easy ride to/from Heathrow. Mayfair is a lovely neighborhood, and Green Park leads you to Buckingham Palace....the Piccadilly Line is so convenient, all just a couple blocks from the hotel. Also, the staff was amazing! I needed assistance with finding a pharmacy and they were on it immediately.
