This was the most fantastic stay. The hotel was very charming and in a great location off a quiet street. There are many great amenities close by and public transportation is very accessible. The hotel staff made it feel like home, especially Mr. Glenn. Will absolutely return in the future

Quaint place, polite and helpful staff, clean room, two blocks from underground station. Great value for the price. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and not always strong in my room. Not a deal breaker.

I thought this hotel Was a good value. The room was small but that's how it was pictured Online so I knew I was Getting a small room. It was very clean and The staff was very helpful and kind. I like the location being only a block from The tube as well. Would definitely stay here if I was in London again.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Great location and very clean. Top floor room which was unbelievably hot during the heatwave, but they had thoughtfully provided 2 fans to try and help. Great value for money

I had the smallest room but it was fine for an overnight stay The staff were lovely and helped with an ironing board Comfy bed Shower water pressure not great so not the best shower experience - but a small point in the overall scheme of things Would definitely stay again

Lovely greeting when I checked in. Every time I was going out for the day I was greeted by staff. One of the hottest weeks for the area and wasnt extremely hot inside the room. Not a far walk to all the sites. Quiet at night. Good food not far away and stores to grab stuff to take to the room right up the road.

Nice historic property in an excellent location. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are small with limited storage. Bathrooms are small as well. Showers with occasional drop in water pressure due to old plumbing. Overall, nice stay and one of the few hotels that could accommodate four people with three separate beds.

The room, and the hotel were clean and quiet and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is in a reasonable area, a short walking distance from pubs, restaurants and shops, and an easy 20-30 minute walk to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. NB: There is no lift in the hotel, no breakfast room and no facility for luggage storage.
