"I loved this hotel. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, theatre and the metro. The blackout curtains kept the room dark, important when the sun rises at 5:00am. We opted for cleaning every other day which would have been fine except that it wasn’t cleaned for the first five days! They ended up comping our breakfast and cleaning the room every day the last three days. The beds were comfortable, towels large and water pressure was good. My only other concern was the deep bathtub and insufficient anti slip strips or a bath mat of some kind so I didn’t worry about falling with each shower. Next time I will bring shower shoes😊. "

"We stayed in the enchanted twin room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were cosy, the room well themed, and lots of cool little perks that came with the room. Especially enjoyed the special breakfast menu, the caramel and apple pancakes were delicious. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! We spent nearly a week here, and found it to be a really good base for traveling to all of the tourist hotspots of London. The room was maybe a bit cramped, but the hotel staff cleaned it each day which made it all the more welcoming at the end of very long days in the city. It is also super close to a superb pub, the Phoenix, that has the best fish and chips I’ve ever tasted. There is a short walk to the Victoria Tube Station that I recommend anyone traveling to the city to put to good use. Oh! This hotel is also perfectly situated in the West End theatre district, something I didn’t realize till I saw all the theatres! We were able to get last minute tickets at an amazing price for fantastic seats! The only thing I didn’t love was the price for laundering. We packed light, so washing was a must. Instead of giving in and paying an arm and a leg, I simply washed a bunch of our clothing in the sink and used the heated towel rack in the bathroom to dry them more quickly. I definitely recommend packing detergent sheets, as it seems most stays have these heated racks. "
