"I appreciated the location and quality of the room for the price. A/C was a bonus and shower room was fitted out to a good standard. I was on business so was disappointed that I couldn't even borrow and iron/ironing board - seems like a no-brainer to open this hotel up to a market of people who like having freshly iron attire (not limited to business travellers!). For this reason, I am unlikely to stay again."

"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."

"Horrible hotel. No top sheet just duvet. Whole room apx. 150 square feet. Had to sit on bed to do anything. Has 2 doors to get in room which is incredibly difficult to do. Bathroom shower is apx 24 in. by 24 in. Can't turn around because of placement of shower wand. Rain head is stupid because you can't turn it on without getting hit with cold water. No hooks to hang things just 3 hangers in a closet between the two entry doors. No washcloths. Amazed they didn't have any. Amazed they didn't know...
