Very easy to take tube which was across street. Several pubs in area. Can walk to Harrods area. Hôtel restaurant was good and attentive staff. "

"I loved this hotel. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, theatre and the metro. The blackout curtains kept the room dark, important when the sun rises at 5:00am. We opted for cleaning every other day which would have been fine except that it wasn’t cleaned for the first five days! They ended up comping our breakfast and cleaning the room every day the last three days. The beds were comfortable, towels large and water pressure was good. "I loved this hotel. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, theatre and the metro. The blackout curtains kept the room dark, important when the sun rises at 5:00am. We opted for cleaning every other day which would have been fine except that it wasn’t cleaned for the first five days! They ended up comping our breakfast and cleaning the room every day the last three days. The beds were comfortable, towels large and water pressure was good. My only other concern was the deep bathtub and insufficient anti slip strips or a bath mat of some kind so I didn’t worry about falling with each shower. Next time I will bring shower shoes😊. "
