"You’ll get what you paid for, but honestly go somewhere else. Bed was like a stone slab. Bathroom roof and doorframe mouldy. My room was next to reception, so I got to listen to their 3 am phone calls. Key card kept breaking, staff were happy to rescan the key to the room. They probably should check id before doing that. At least it’s central but it’s poor quality. "

"Chose hotel for convenience of Chelsea flower show as only a 15 min walk and close to Victoria station. We arrived early to leave our bag in their storage which was convenient and we checked in later after the show, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was on the ground floor and along with the bathroom it was spotlessly clean, Room was small but that didn’t matter as we were not spending much time there and only sleeping there for one night. I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t include it as an option. We checked out the following morning and they kindly let us store our luggage while we visited Buckingham Palace."
