"My husband and I are cruisers but this year decided to take an all-inclusive vacation instead. Margaritaville Riviera Maya Adults Only was attractive to us for not only the price, but the fact that it was an adults only. We also understood that the resort did not offer a beach and we were okay with this. The staff were very friendly and more than willing to help with any request. The food was very good. While the buffet was not open everyday for lunch or dining, there was no shortage of...

"El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos"

"This was a getaway with my two adult sons. We had a Master Premium suite and honestly, this place knocked it out of the ballpark. The room was very comfortable, well appointed. The housekeeping staff were attentive with twice a day visits. Turndown service at night and general cleaning in the morning. The food was excellent. This is a smaller resort so not quite as many choices as might be found in larger places. It's strongly advised that you book all your dinner reservations at the...

"Áreas limpias personal servicial , buena ubicación albercas limpias"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was pretty good at every meal. However, the property felt outdated and could use some renovations and better maintenance. The road leading to the hotel was in such poor condition that we initially thought we were going to the wrong place. The staff were generally helpful, but the service was average rather than exceptional."

"Resort was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, amenities were great. Loved the pools. Easy to find spaces to sit on loungers. My only note was that as someone with allergies and dietary restrictions, finding food without dairy was often tricky and the signs weren't always labelled correct. I definitely picked up items with meat or dairy by accident or items I could eat were spread out!"

"I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts."

"We were very impressed with the staff and the facilities, such as the bars and the day spa. We were less impressed with the food at the on-site restaurants. The resort seemed to present itself as a boutique facility, but it didn't measure up to that standard when it came to the kitchen. Both the food quality and taste were much lower than expected. At times almost without flavor. Without major changes to the food options, we'd likely stay at the hotel again, but not at the all-inclusive...

"Stay away from the set up breakfast they invite you in so that you can get coupons for amenities. They drag you into a prime traveler meeting / breakfast. They say they’re nothing like timeshare but trust me it is. It’s a SCAM!!! Make sure you know how to say NO, you will feel the pressure. This whole scam begins the moment they start letting you choose your discounted amenities.. waste of time in that meeting specially when you go on vacation. Well regretted 5 hours of my vacation lost. Food is...

"Just one word I would never stay in this hotel ever, not reccomended. No wifi no hot water"

"Beautiful resort and just the perfect size. A very quick walk across the street to the beach which was actually quite nice. the rooftop pool lounge area was our favourite feature. the staff were all fabulous! absolutely loved our time here!"

"The resort the food was amazing, but the room was not. They kept forgetting to fill up her fridge. Keep forgetting to put some towels and toilet paper."

"Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées"

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."
