"Airport transportation was great - we did have to call when we got there but after the initial call only waited about ten min! Right across from the mall where we got drinks/pizza for the night, which is why we chose this hotel (we had more time than just sleeping for the night - so appreciated so many options within walking distance!) "We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
