"Our trip was great! The rooms were clean & well kept. Staff greeted you no matter where you were on the property. The pools were clean & clear. The main pool at the Marina was the one that had kid friendly area & swim up bar. Suggestion to find an area & get a waiter/waitress to come to you in the pool-- the lines are long at the swim up bar. Being dry or not in swim suits was hard when spending the day at the pool to be able to go eat at any of the restaurants. Having some choices to sit poolside & order food would be great..."

"i have only one bad experience where one of there staff at pool bar not on pool side behind the pool young guy was so rude and whos only give response the girl first and even i was on that line to get my drink and i am very disappointed with his bad behavior. i strongly recommended to Royalton Rivera had to take some action and do some training to youg bar surver.."

"The best thing about this property is its amazing staff. Every team member goes above and beyond to make your stay truly unforgettable, and their hospitality is what makes this hotel stand out. The biggest drawback is the buffet. It is very small and is only open for breakfast and lunch. In addition, the selection of food is quite limited and lacks the variety you would expect from an all-inclusive resort. That said, Sonia, Monse, Luis, Adriana, and Margarita provided outstanding service and made every meal more enjoyable. The Italian restaurant was excellent and easily my favorite dining experience. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Zulue, Jorge, and Alberto took great care of us and delivered first-class hospitality. The Asian restaurant was average. The service was slow, and the food from the regular menu was below expectations. However, Esteban completely turned our experience around during our second visit at the teppanyaki table. Our room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. It honestly felt like we were staying at a different property—in the best possible way. The main pool was nice, but having only one bartender at the pool bar resulted in slow service. Unfortunately, most of the cocktails were excessively sweet. We are very familiar with Hyatt's all-inclusive brands, and based on our experience, this property does not fully deliver the level of quality and consistency we typically associate with a Dreams resort."
