"Overall My husband and I had a great time. Most staff were very helpful. Some not so much. We went for our anniversary. We mentioned it in the email sent and we mentioned it at check in. It would have been nice if someone would have done a simple gesture. As new guest at your resort The small kinks would not discourage us from possibly visiting again! I must mention there are two staff members that really stood out. Antonia from the laguna restaurant. She was amazing. We absolutely loved her....

"SeaDust made of vacation so great. The best thing was the service by servers and all restaurant staffs. They were beyond our expectation. The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. Except that everything was awesome. "

"Beautiful resort, stunning beach. Was a perfect place to stay with our 18 month old. Very family friendly and lots of activities for kids and adults. Would definitely return again!"

"This resort was overall pretty good, a little dated and lots of stairs for rooms on upper floors as there was no elevators. Being close to the beach and having lots of options for kids made it a great place to spend a week. We enjoyed our stay."

"The service was exceptional! From checkin to bar service we were very impressed. We were given a promotion upon booking of $1000 resort credits - if you wanted to use them you had to spend money which overall was a scam to get you to book so be weary of these promotions. We had a few issues with our room and it was fixed immediately! The app they use is a bit sluggish but does get the job done. If you are a beach ocean person this is not the place to go.
