"Very pleasant and responsive. Had an issue with the TV remote at 10 pm. They responded. Could not fix the problem, but he graciously offered us access to the next room which was vacant so we could watch TV."

"This was a very comfortable and spacious apartment. Very clean, updated, with nice kitchen and bathroom. Secure building with someone on staff 24/7, that were friendly and helpful. The location is right outside a major highway, but with the windows closed it was soundproof. We had A/C unit in bedroom. It was easy to walk into Condesa neighborhood by walking over the overpass 1/2 block away. Lots of wonderful restaurants and 2 major parks near by. We would highly recommend for the price, location...

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). "We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

"When arriving to Kuun Taak, we got our walk-thru and I really liked what I saw. The property is very beautiful and has a second floor since we booked the family section with two bedrooms, private hot tub and a private pool. The hot tub on the second floor still had leaves in it. This was a huge disappointment since I was looking forward to the hot tub after a long trip..but I digress and I didn't make a big deal at the time. I was told that if I make a request that the hot tub would be prepared....
