The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental."

"First of all I got to say that to get to the property it's a bit tricky since GPS doesn't read all of the streets around the property and the ones going one way or the other so be careful about that (not too hard just a bit confusing) The property is very nice but I found out that the photos do not represent the actual size of the condo, it was a lot smaller of what we thought by the photos still it's a very cozy and charming property. "Stayed at Caso O the week of Memorial Day; Punta Mita was very quiet compared to when were last there on this same weekend three years ago and we practically had the beach clubs and restaurants to ourselves this time. We have been to Hacienda de Mita several times over the years but this was our first stay at Casa O and it did not disappoint. "This condo was very well appointed with everything you might need for your stay including laundry/dishwashing detergent, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap. We loved cooking breakfast in the mornings and eating outside by the pool. We went into town for lunch and dinner where there were many excellent choices. We didn’t find any need to rent a car or a golf cart since everything is close by. The staff and concierge were extremely helpful. "

"Great building/ Property, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We had great weather, talking to the regulars we found great places to eat, both inexpensive to very expensive. We had a dinner cooked for us that was wonderful. There was a lot of large rocks washed up on the beach that the locals said will be gone by June. Our dryer was broken when we arrived but fixed the last day we were there. We cant wait to go back."

"The whole Property was spacious/clean/ and felt very safe. The condo itself was also just that. The view is exactly as shown! Panoramic ocean view. The beach was easy to get too… but there’s also the pool right at your complex.:: I had several questions to property management that were replied to quickly!! You are a short walk to the town square/ restaurants/ and stores."

"This accommodation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The condo is incredible and the staff that work in the building are amazing as well. We ran into an issue in the building at no fault of the host but he was so helpful and communicated constantly with updates to assure our stay was good. Josh sent us a list of incredible local businesses such as restaurants and car rentals that they use and we loved every single one of the recommdations. I will 100% book with Josh again."
