"Made a reservation for a king bed and was given a room with 2 beds. When front desk was contacted about this error, I would told they did not have King beds available. Room has no AC. They do provide a short fan, the height of the bed. It does not really move the air in the room. You only get 2 bath towels; no hand or other type of towels. The room we were given looked dirty and had damages. There was damage to the flooring by the door (coming off or separating) and by the feet of the beds done potentially from moving beds. There appears to be water damage by the wall and the ceiling. The sink faucet was very loose, needs to be replaced, but water could still come out. The grout lines in shower, the cubbies, the fan, and chair in room had stains like they have never been cleaned; looked very dirty. The WiFi did not work. For the area I expected better accommodations. We only stayed 1 night in order to make other arrangements. I expected better accommodations due to the area. I would not recommend. "

"Very clean and safe hotel. Front desk set us up with a nice quiet room not street side albeit next to the elevator and some guests are rude and talk loudly while waiting for it. Wish they had soft pillow options for side/stomach sleepers. Awesome area, close to many restaurants, vendors, 24hr convenience. Would stay again! "

"The location is GREAT! It is very central, but also on a quieter street so it is the best of both worlds. The staff were all very helpful and it was easy to store luggage there if you have a late flight. Everything is fairly new so it was very clean and comfortable. I have travelled a lot and this property hit a lot of high notes. Nothing was of concern. I would definitely stay there again. "
