"Our wonderful experience began with our check-in clerk Karen, who noticed that it was my birthday & arranged to have a piece of birthday cake sent up to the room for me. I appreciated that so much. Our room was perfect. The location of the hotel is great. My only small note is that the elevators can become very busy at times & there was no clear way to find stairs as an alternative. "

"The Staff was AMAZING! Really enjoyed how helpful and communicative everyone was. As far as the property some renovations could be added. My room smelled like mold the 6 days I was there. It was not nice and often woke up in the night because of the smell. Overall great location and Staff at the hotel! Would book again if the place is renovated."

"The staff was wonderful and the hotel was great. Unfortunately however, while there I got food poisoning after eating in one of their restaurants. To insult to injury, after informing the manager, he refused to take responsibility for the incident. I’m absolutely sure my food poisoning occurred while at their hotel because during my entire stay in Mexico I only ate there. I must add that during the food poisoning I was violently and thus ruining my vacation because I was unable to leave the hotel for three days!"

"Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel's location, cleanliness, and customer service. The reason I gave it four stars is that the complimentary breakfast was quite poor. We tried it twice, hoping the first time was just a fluke, but the second experience was even worse. It's a shame because the restaurant area is beautiful. Despite the breakfast issue, I would still highly recommend staying here, just be aware that you won’t be saving money on breakfast."

"Our stay at Uliv Mexico City from April 14–19 was absolutely amazing. The unit was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Josue and Lionel at the rooftop bar were incredibly friendly and made every visit even better, all while we enjoyed breathtaking views of the city. Adriana at the front desk was always welcoming and had fantastic dinner recommendations that made our trip even more special. 10/10 for location, quality, and outstanding service. We can’t wait to come back!"
